If the product that you receive is of unacceptable quality, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, we are happy to replace it. If the product to be replaced is out of stock or out of season, we will replace the poor product with a product that is in season at the time of the replacement request, or provide you with a coupon equal to the value of the unacceptable product for the next season. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.
