1 cup plain Greek style yogurt
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted (optional)
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, honey and pineapple. This is your pineapple mixture.
- In four small wine or parfait glasses spoon alternate layers of pineapple mixture, blueberries, granola and, optionally, coconut.
